Katrina (Kat) Deist-Zemar with Realty One Group is an Associate Broker and a licensed Real Estate professional since 1990. Her business is based on the Golden Rule – treating others as one would want to be treated by them. Moving is very stressful for buyers and sellers, and they need to know they have someone by their side looking after their best interests. That is where Kat thrives!
Kat helps individuals with one of life’s largest decisions and investments they may ever make. Every transaction is very personal, and Kat guides them all with the utmost care from the first meeting to handing over the keys.

Meet Kat
In 1990, as a single mom, she needed to find a career with flexibility. Real estate offered what she needed. With amazing mentors from the beginning and the desire to be amongst the best through continued education, she has had a successful career giving back to the real estate community by sitting on the Professional Standards Committee at the board and volunteering with Kitty Kat Rescue.
